The Flagship Grape is the Marquette which was developed exclusively for the northern climates at the University of Minnesota with Northern Sun being first to plant it. This soft but medium red exhibits both the nose and taste profile of a Pinot Noir. Dave is the owner/winemaker and is passionate about his craft. The focus is on producing wines from selected varietals developed exclusively for the northern climates and it shows. The whites exhibit great acidity and are crisp and fresh. This is a Gem in North, don't miss this experience. The Marquette grape will quickly be a favorite in the region as more and more vineyards in Michigan will be planting it.
